Kyiv in 2019 ranked 117th out of 140. In 2020 ranking was not compiled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Moscow and St. Petersburg in the ranking dropped from 15th and 13th places to 80th and 88th positions. The reason is the mass withdrawal of international companies from the Russian market and increased censorship in the country.

The first place in the rating is occupied by Vienna, the capital of Austria, for the third time. It has already become a leader in 2018 and 2019.

The second place was taken by the capital of Denmark Copenhagen, and the third by Zurich, a city in Switzerland.

Western Europe, Canada, Japan and Australia also hold leading positions:
