Poland now hosts the largest number of refugees from Ukraine. The country's government has already offered many social benefits for Ukrainians. Help is available from the IRC (International Rescue Committee). For some time this assistance was suspended, but now the registration has been restored. June 27, 2022 0 1 min

Financial assistance from the IRC can be received by refugees from Ukraine who have not received similar benefits from the UN or other charitable organizations.
You can register for the IRC program here. If you have questions about participating in the program, please call the IRC hotline in Poland: +48 667 647 239.
To receive assistance, you must document your entry into Poland after February 24 inclusive. That is, provide a PESEL number, indicate the current place of residence, the number of people in the family, etc.
Registration does not mean that payments will be automatically assigned. The IRC will give preference to families with minors, children with disabilities, or families with persons over the age of 50.
The amount of the IRC benefit is the same as in the case of payments from the UN – PLN 710 for the applicant and PLN 610 for each family member. In this case, the latter should be no more than 4 people. The payment period is 3 months.
