3. Great Britain. Flamingoland.
2 types of entertainment side by side in one place — a zoo and an amusement park, making Flamingoland a unique phenomenon. The first inhabitants of this place were flamingos, hence the name of the park. Now the park is inhabited by more than a thousand wild animals, mainly African. Often they are so close to the attractions that riding becomes like a safari. There are pets on the tractor driven farm.
4. UK. Drayton Manor.
This park is divided into 7 areas: Thomas Land, Action Park, Aerial Park , Fisherman’s Dwarf, Pirate Cove, The Zoo and Dinotrail, Farmer McColls Farm.
Thomas Land — a first-class playground inspired by Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends, who are well known to both book readers and fans of the animated series. Action Park is famous for its large number of attractions for thrill-seekers. At the zoo, you can take a break from the rides with a stroll through the 15-acre zoo, which is open all year round. 11. Denmark. Legoland.
The construction of the world's first amusement park dedicated to the popular designer took 46 million tiny parts. Roller coaster, water park, cable car – all of them are almost completely assembled from a children's designer. Legoland is divided into eight themed blocks. In “Miniland” you can see the most famous sights of the Earth, assembled from the Lego constructor. “Duploland” – the territory of kids. The details here are large, and the paths are soft so that children can run and hit as much as they can. The imagination zone is intended for older children, here they are offered to play with the designer. There are also zones of attractions in the style of the Wild West and the Kingdom of the Knights. Next to the Park is the Marine Aquarium.
12. Denmark. Tivoli Gardens.
Did you know that Tivoli Park inspired Walt Disney to create Disneyland? Tivoli Gardens is the pride of Copenhagen. The park was opened in 1843 and is one of the oldest parks in Europe. The park has 26 rides during the summer months and 29 rides during Halloween and Christmas. The most popular is the very first roller coaster in Tivoli – Roller Coaster 1914. It also has its own mime theater and the 1909 Nimb luxury boutique hotel, which is reminiscent of the Taj Mahal in architecture. Tivoli is a fairy tale for adults with vintage illuminated carousels, fireworks, free street performances, lots of flowers and a lake with live fish. For children, pony rides and other activities are offered. The atmosphere in the park strongly resembles a small carnival.
13. Spain. PortAventura.
A place where it is hot even in cool weather. On 117 hectares of this entertainment complex you will find 40 attractions, 4 hotels, a water park, beach clubs and golf courses. In the center of the park there is a huge lake of 3 hectares. The park has six themed areas: Wild West, Mediterranean, China, Mexico, Children's Sesame Country, and Polynesia. Throughout the day in the park you can watch 90 shows in theaters and on the streets. 16. Italy. Gardaland.
This park knows how to mix fantasy, adventure and adrenaline to make a great vacation for the whole family. The organizers thought about all age categories, and for everyone who gets into this world, there is entertainment to taste. For the little ones, this is a colorful world where various funny animals are frozen in funny poses: pigs, geese and cows. For teenagers, the Peter Pan pavilions and, of course, the Games Area are open – a space with games for every taste and temperament. And for adults, there are many rides here – usually with high speeds and all kinds of frills.
17. Italy. Mirabiland.
Attractions in the park are divided into 4 categories — for children, for everyone, extreme, beach. Stunt shows are very popular, where stunts are performed on motorcycles and cars. In addition to the attractions in the park, there is a real Mirabeach beach with water slides. Both children and adults are delighted with the Rio Bravo water attraction, and while traveling by train through the “City of Ghosts”, the hamstrings are shaking even in the most daring. 20. Tenerife. Siam Park.
Siam Park is the largest water park in Europe, it was opened in September 2008. In 2014 and 2015 he was the winner of the Travelers' Choice competition among water parks. The water park is made in Thai style, and it received the right to bear its name and use the style of ancient Siam in architecture from the royal family of Thailand. The water park has 25 different slides, a slow-flowing river and a unique wave palace. But most of the attractions of Siam Park Tenerife are designed for teenagers and adults. The organizers of the park took care to evoke very strong emotions in visitors. Siam Park does not have babysitting services, but there is a children's water town called Lost City.

“The future has already come” – this phrase will come to your mind already at the entrance to the park … To be precise, this is not quite an amusement park in the usual sense for us. This is a place of impressive spectacles, for which multimedia, cinematic effects and audiovisual techniques are used. With these powerful tools, organizers show attendees what they think the world will be like millions of years from now. All attractions are based on visual and sound effects using special screens and glasses.
26. Switzerland. MysteryPark.
For the first time, it was in MysteryPark that the great mysteries of our world, personally tangible and experienced, were concentrated and available in one place. Who would not want to go on an exploratory expedition to the grandiose drawings depicted on the ground in the Peruvian Nazca, to the chambers of the Egyptian pyramid of Giza, which is full of mysteries, or to the mythical Atlantis somewhere in the world's seas? It is the only one of its kind in the World Mystery Park.
27. Sweden. The world of Astrid Lindgren.
Astrid Lindgren is a true treasure of this northern country. An entire amusement park is dedicated to this wonderful children's writer in Sweden. Here you can easily meet Pippi Longstocking, and Roni – the daughter of a robber, and the prankster Emil from Lenneberg, and, of course, with the “man in his prime” – Carlson, who lives on the roof. Liseberg is the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, with about 40 attractions for every taste. The territory of the park is very green, with many flowers. There is a large concert venue in the park, where not only Swedish, but also world stars regularly perform. AtmosFear is the tallest free fall tower in the world — 116 meters, 3 seconds, 110 km/h and four times overload. In winter, the rides are closed and the park turns into a large skating rink, around which Christmas markets and handicrafts are sold. Since 2005, Liseberg has been in the top 10 best parks in the world.
