“In early July, Ukraine International Airlines launched charter flights on the order of the tour operator ITAKA (Poland). Thus, the Ukrainian airline has joined the service of European tourist traffic and continues its operational work outside Ukraine during the war”, the UIA press service reports.

Boeing 737-900 is used on flights UR-PSL – it will be based at Katowice Airport and serviced by four UIA crews. It is reported that within the framework of cooperation between UIA and ITAKA, daily flights are planned both from the base airport and from other cities of Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Rzeszow).

The following charter flights were agreed in July:
