During the course, students will study the development and implementation of open education, gain interdisciplinary knowledge about the technical, pedagogical, economic and social aspects in this area.

The graduates of the program will be able to become leaders of projects, communities and strategic development of the field of open education. It is also reported that students of Ukrainian universities can study under this program as part of an exchange under the Erasmus program.

Most of the classes will be held online. The language of instruction is English.
