“We have significantly simplified the rules, which allowed our employees to show their own personality while wearing a uniform through tattoos, piercings or hairstyles, if they so desire”, the vice president commented on the innovation airBaltic by Alina Aronberga.

We note that according to European standards, airline employees at the workplace must cover their tattoos with clothes and choose standardized hairstyles, since their appearance is part of the airline's image.
