VILLAGE SHUSHENSKOE

The village of Shushenskoye has long won the status of the most popular location on the map of Russia. If in Soviet times it attracted tourists with places associated with the name of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, now Shushenskoye is a real ethnocenter of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, with its own historical and ethnographic museum-reserve.

You can get from Krasnoyarsk to Shushenskoye by regular bus No. 589 or by car along the M-54 highway. By train – to Minusinsk or Abakan station, then by bus.

Traveling through the park is very comfortable. Each tourist route is assigned one of three colors, indicating the level of difficulty. The length of the shortest route – to the hanging stone frozen over the cliff – is 15 km. Before entering the route, you must personally register at one of the points of the park administration.

As a rule, tourists come to the park for a few days. They are located at camp sites, or they put up a tent in a tent camp.

Prices for accommodation are reasonable. For example, at the camp site “Sleeping Sayan” you can stay for 1.6 thousand rubles. per day per person. In the park-hotel “Master of the Taiga” the price tag is about the same – 3 thousand rubles. per day for a double room.

PUTORANA PLATEAU

The base “Bunisyak” is unique in that it is located at the most remote, eastern end of Lake Lama, in a dense larch forest, not far from the mouth of the Vekhikai River. By the way, the water in Lake Lama is cleaner than Baikal, and the area where the base is located is surrounded by hundreds of waterfalls from 10 to 60 meters high.
