Emirates unveils new Onboard Lounge design for its flagship Airbus A380

New lounge design debuts at ITB Berlin.

Designed in As part of a multimillion-dollar onboard interior refurbishment program, the new look of the Onboard Lounge will delight passengers with private seating with tables by the windows instead of sofas, which can accommodate 26 guests at a time.

There will also be new dynamic lighting, a diagonal monitor 55″ for flight data, live sports and news coverage, soundproof curtains separating the lounge from the Business Class cabin and a new sound system ma with surround sound.

Inspired by the interiors of yacht cabins, the space will be done in champagne tones contrasting with dark wood.

The first A380 with a new interior will be delivered by Emirates in July 2017.
