1.Royal Atlantis Resort

The opening is planned in 2017 near the Atlantis The Palm resort. The hotel will be one of the largest hotels in the world with 800 rooms and suites and 250 luxury suites. Diverse infrastructure, infiniti — the 90-metre-high swimming pool will breathe new life into the Atlantis name

2.LUX* AL ZORAH

Opening in the summer of 2018 in the emirate of Ajman, a 25-minute drive from Dubai airports.
Proximity to nature reserves, home to pink flamingos and 60 species of birds, where mangrove forests give way to turquoise lagoons, will give hotel guests an unforgettable experience in this luxurious and very modern hotel.

3.Bulgari Resort & Residences

The opening of this hotel – the fifth object of the Bulgari chain – is planned for 2017. It will be located on the island of Jumeirah Bay, which will be shaped like a seahorse.
The new hotel complex will consist of 100 rooms and suites in the main building, 20 villas and a marina.
The hotel will join the line of ultra-luxury luxury hotels in Dubai .

4.THE OBEROI BEACH RESORT, AL ZORAH

Opening in April 2017 on the luxurious beach of Ajman, just 25 km from Dubai airports.
The hotel has spacious rooms and suites with private terraces, as well as villas with private pools with adjustable temperature.

5.Venu Bluewaters Island

The hotel will be commissioned in 2017, the Venu hotel complex from the Jumeirah Group.
The complex is located on the Bluewaters Island, which is under construction. It will include a 300-room hotel, full service apartments, shops, cafes and restaurants.
The hotel will be in close proximity to the main attraction of the island – the Dubai-I Ferris wheel, which is planned to be the largest ferris wheel in the world .
