How to pay the tax?
Polish law requires that the tax (PIT) must be paid by the 20th day of the month following the month in which the stay in Poland exceeded 183 days. Therefore, those whose 183 days expire in August will have to file the PIT for the past six months in September. Thereafter, payments will become monthly. The tax is levied on income received in the last 183 days.
