At the moment, tours from the capital are formed on the basis of connecting flights, but from October 30, when Aeroflot returns to the Moscow-Phuket route, the company's customers will also have the opportunity to fly on direct flights. As for tourists from the regions, they can only get to Phuket with a connection in Moscow.

“At the moment, package tours to Thailand from Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Kazan, Samara, St. Petersburg and Mineralnye Vody are available to our tourists. Also, offers with a departure from Sochi will be published in the near future. All programs from the regions are built on connecting flights through Moscow,” the TEZ TOUR press service said.

PAX OFFERS PACKAGE TOURS TO THAILAND TO RESIDENTS OF THREE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

In addition to Moscow, PAX has already calculated tours to Thailand (Phuket, Pattaya) with departure from Yekaterinburg and St. Petersburg. Programs are built on connecting flights via Moscow.

AEROFLOT INCREASES TARIFFS FOR DIRECT FLIGHTS FROM MOSCOW TO PHUKET

As for Moscow. The cost of a tour to Thailand at PAX (direct flight by Aeroflot) with a departure on October 30 is 268 thousand rubles. for two. Hotel category 3 *, duration of stay – 10 nights.

But a tour with a departure on November 10 on a direct flight of Aeroflot is already cheaper than on the day the flight program started (October 30) and amounts to 189.5 thousand rubles. for two. 3* hotel for 10 nights.

PAKS explained the high cost of tours to Thailand departing from Moscow on direct flights of Aeroflot (and from the regions via Moscow on direct flights) due to the increase in tariffs for some dates for a direct flight of Aeroflot, which is caused by high demand.

Indeed, for a flight to Phuket from Moscow with a departure on November 7, Aeroflot asks for 70.7 thousand rubles. per person one way. And already on November 8 – 57 thousand rubles. per person one way, and on November 18 – 70.7 thousand rubles. per person, one way.

Recall that at the end of July, when flights to Phuket only appeared in the Aeroflot booking system, fares were at the level of 54.3 thousand rubles. per person one way and 74.3 thousand rubles. both ways per person.

HOW MUCH DO HOTELS IN THAILAND COST WITHOUT A FLIGHT AND HOW MUCH A FLIGHT IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A HOTEL

PAX noted that tourists from regions where the tour operator does not yet offer package tours can only buy ground services ( book a hotel), and buy air tickets on your own.

Let's calculate the approximate cost of such a tour with a flight, for example, from Vladivostok. The minimum cost of a hotel accommodation in Phuket, according to PAKS, is $177 for two for 10 nights in November. We are talking about the Baramee Resortel 3*.

The most budget option for transportation with a departure on November 2 (at the time of the evening of August 14) is 114.5 thousand rubles. per person one way. The flight involves 2 transfers – in Tokyo and in Bangkok. Travel time 34 hours 15 minutes. Total for two in one direction comes out to about 230 thousand rubles. for tickets and about 11 thousand rubles. to the hotel. It is logical that people who are ready to fly to Thailand now try to book mostly not cheap hotels.

PEGAS Touristik has so far calculated tours to Thailand only with a flight from Moscow to Phuket on a regular Aeroflot flight (ticket price on request). For other regions, the tour operator is also ready to offer ground service (that is, hotel booking).
