The condition for obtaining it is to move to any city or village with a population of no more than 3,000 people and register there within 1.5 years. After that, you can apply for a grant.

The amount of the grant will be determined by the local government depending on the chosen place of residence, the size of the house and its condition. The maximum is € 15,000, as the Sardinian authorities say, this is “an excellent starting budget”. The money can be used to buy and renovate a house.
