Who can apply for participation?

Additional payments will be available to Ukrainians who suffered from hostilities in the Kyiv region: Bucha, Irpin, Brovary, and other settlements, and from November payments will be apply to residents of the Kharkiv region.

The following categories of people can ask for help:

• displaced families who moved within the last 30 days;
• households affected by sudden shelling;
• families who lost a family member.

Also benefits HIAS can be received by IDPs who moved more than 30 days ago, but have a low income – less than 5,400 hryvnia per person during the last 3 months. This is possible under one of the following conditions:

• they have two or more children;
• there are persons with disabilities in the family;
• the household is run by one person (spouse or woman);
• there are pregnant women and women with babies under 2 years old in the family;
• there are elderly people in the family (from 55 years old).

Please note that cash assistance is only for those people who have not yet received payments from other international organizations.

How to apply for financial assistance?< /h2>

You should contact the permanent registration center at:

m. Brovary, st. Nezalezhnosti 5 (entrance from the yard) on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

For registration, you must provide passport data, tax number, IBAN bank account number and other documents confirming that you belong to a vulnerable category (medical certificates, birth certificates of children).

When applying, all family members must be personally present with original documents.
