The next, 19th Starway Award ceremony for the best agencies of the Coral Travel tour operator took place in Antalya, Turkey. The award, which has already become a mandatory event summing up the season, was held at the Ela Excellence Resort Belek 5 * hotel.
The first place among federal networks and service travel companies was taken by the Coral Travel travel agency network.
Travelata from Moscow became the best in the nomination of online travel agencies.
The winner in the nomination “Regional agencies with up to four sales offices with their own departures in cities with a population of less than a million people” was Tourne Trans Travel LLC from Kaliningrad.
The first place in the nomination “Regional agencies with up to four sales offices with their own departures in cities with a population of more than a million people” was taken by the travel agency Coral Travel Regnum LLC from St. Petersburg.
< p>Gold in the nomination “Regional agencies with more than four sales offices with their own cities of departure” went to the travel agency Coral Travel (Travel Bureau LLC) from Kaliningrad.
First place in the nomination “Regional agencies sending tourists departing from Moscow ” was taken by the travel agency Coral Travel (OOO “Latour”) from Mytishchi.
The first place in the nomination “Moscow agencies with four or less sales offices” was taken by the agency Coral Travel (LLC “Infotour”).
And in the first place in the nomination “Moscow agencies with five or more sales offices” was the group of companies “Kremlin Travel” from Moscow.
The management of Coral Travel thanked its partners for their successful work in difficult circumstances.
The business part of the program was useful and relevant. The agencies learned firsthand about the tour operator's plans for the winter season and the details of the flight program to the resorts of the main winter destinations – the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Egypt, the Maldives and Goa. And, of course, the guests of the event were told about recreation opportunities in Russian resorts.
The managing company of the tour operator's networks announced development plans for 2023. Training and certification, compliance with standards, development of special projects were also touched upon.
Demo training from Coral Business School “How to sell without selling with charisma” made an impression – the agencies discussed what a personal brand and charisma are, and why public speaking is necessary in everyday life. I learned to make sure that these tools are effective.
