€30000 for moving to Italy: a small town invites new residents

In order to somehow solve this problem, local authorities plan to attract new residents with money. Those who are going to move there, the mayor's office will pay up to 30,000 euros.

According to the plan, part of the money from the grant will cover the purchase of a house, while the other part can be spent on restoration. The nuance is that the new owners will also have to meet. However, it should not be too expensive: the price tag for houses in Presicce is about €25,000, so the amount promised by the authorities should be enough.

You will be able to learn more about the offer and apply on the website of the Presicce City Hall over the next few weeks.
