Ukrainian citizens who crossed the Polish border after February 24, 2022 and registered a PESEL number can use the program. Funds can be received by both adults and minors (parents or guardians must apply for them). Program participants may reapply.

You buy medicines at your own expense, and then send a document (receipt, VAT invoice and prescription , if the drugs were purchased with a prescription) confirming the purchase, to the specified email address and submit a claim for reimbursement.
