In order to take advantage of free rail travel, you must present an identity document, as well as a registration card issued by the Lithuanian Migration Department.

As for travel in public transport, the offer will be valid in the three largest cities of Lithuania – Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda. Free tickets can be obtained if you are the holder of a registration card from the Migration Department.
