The amount of financial assistance is PLN 710 for 3 months (€450 in total) from Fundacja Ukraina and Mercy Corps. It can only be received by Ukrainians who have not yet received funds from other organizations – the UN, IRC, The Lutheran World Federation.
The following categories of the population can apply for assistance:
- pregnant women;
- mothers with children under 1 year old;
- mothers with many children (who are in Poland with 3 or more children without a man);
- people with disabilities of groups 1 and 2;
- people of retirement age (from 60 years old).

- confirm arrival after February 24, 2022;
- report that you live in the territory of Lower Silesia;
- provide information about receiving payments from other charitable organizations or foundations;
- select the category of vulnerability.

First of all, Ukrainians living in the territory of Lower Silesia (voivodeship Dolnośląskie) are invited to register. This is due to the fact that program participants will have to come to Wroclaw twice – with a package of documents and receive a card for payments.

The results of the first stage will be known from 21 to 31 January. Participants will receive an email, they will have to come to Wroclaw in person.
