To use the service, you must present an official Ukrainian travel document (passport, identity card, residence permit, student card for other foreign students studying in Ukraine, or another document indicating a Ukrainian address for other foreign citizens).

Free travel is available on all modes of transport except:

• Airport Express 100E;
• Funicular;
• nostalgic flights;
• boats;
• HÉV outside Budapest;
• blue buses outside Budapest.
