The creator of the initiative is Alex Iskold, an American businessman of Ukrainian origin. The project is funded by sponsors who want to help people in need. The sponsor can be both large corporations, businessmen, entrepreneurs, and ordinary families.

Who can participate?

Any family in a difficult situation can apply. These can be both internally displaced persons and refugees who have left the country, and those who have not changed their place of residence. Priority is given to families with children and the elderly.

How to apply for participation?

To participate, you must fill out an application on the project website, attach a photo, links to social networks and tell in detail about the situation in which the family finds itself and why you need support .

You must also subscribe to the $1KProject pages on Instagram and Facebook.

After the application is processed, you will be contacted by project representatives by email or social networks. The money transfer will be sent through the Wise payment system, then it can be withdrawn to a bank card. The payment is one-time, the application can also be left only once.
